The Quickie QS5 X from Sunrise Medical redefines easy folding thanks to the innovative FreeFold cross-brace which reduces the effort required to fold the wheelchair by up to 40%. An optional folding fixation ensures the product stays locked in the folded position for easy lifting.
Weighing in at only 7.3 kg (without wheels), it's the lightest aluminum box frame wheelchair. When locked, the frame, made from heat-treated 7000 series Aluminium with its oval-tubed 4-arm cross brace, gives a ride performance comparable to any rigid wheelchair. Saving energy and giving your shoulders a break too.
With 24 vibrant frame colours, 4 castor fork and 4 rim colours to choose from, you can style your QS5 X your way! You can even match your cross-brace colour to your frame!
Fixed-front or swing away? The QS5 X can be configured with either fixed foot rests providing additional stability ideal for users where postural support is key by helping to maintain leg positioning, or, with swing-away foot rests which allow for easier more comfortable transfers.
