JAY J3 Cushion from Sunrise Medical is available from Unique Mobility
Designed for the client with complex needs and incorporating the following features and clinical applications;
- Precontoured, carvable, closed cell foam base with Optiwell technology i.e. anthropometrically designed pelvic loading area (PLA)

- Client at high (standard cushion) to extreme (deep contour cushion) risk of skin breakdown with or without aggressive postural needs

The J3 features a contoured foam base constructed from closed cell foam. It's easy to modify in our factory or in the field as well as an extensive selection of positioning components available to create the perfect cushion. The J3 provides exceptional lateral and forward stability for individuals with changing needs or unique postures.
The J3's customisable Pelvic Loading Area sizes are selected separately from the cushion width. This provides ideal forward and lateral stability, optimal immersion, and weight distribution that accommodate a broad range of client needs.
The J3 can be ordered with JAY Flow fluid or ROHO DRY FLOATATION air inserts, which conform to each individual's shape, adjust to sitting positions, and ensure proper fluid placement beneath bony prominences which helps protect the skin from breakdown. The JAY Flow Field Variable option's fluid levels and ROHO DRY FLOATATION's air levels may be adjusted in the field to accommodate asymmetrical postures and changing needs.
J3 Cushions are available with the choice of three cover options - Stretch (allows for proper immersion and prevents the increase in pressure resulting from surface tension), Microclimatic (dissipates heat and moisture to keep the surface and the client clean and dry) and Moisture/Incontinence-Resistant ( helps with incontinence management by protecting the foam base from moisture build-up).

Shipping
On all orders over £450, Delivery is free. Orders below £450 will be £15 - Standard delivery is made by a courier. Our Courier delivery service means that your new mobility product will turn up to your door in a box or on a pallet and you will be required to assemble the product yourself. You would also have to keep the original packaging for Warranty returns.
If your product is faulty under warranty - you would be required to return the product to us using a courier or other service within the original packaging. Our engineers will then repair or replace your product and send back to you.
VAT
If you are a customer using the product with a Disability, there would be no VAT to pay. Upon purchase, we would send you a VAT Exemption certificate which you would need to fill in - failure to do so would result in an invoice for the VAT amount being issued to you.
