Servicing and Repairs

Unique Mobility’s team of specialist engineers offer repairs and servicing on a wide range of mobility scooters, wheelchairs, powerchairs and more! Regardless of whether you have purchased through us, if we can source the parts, we can help. Subject to location we can also collect and deliver your product back to you and in some instances are able to offer mobile repairs.

We have extensive workshop facilities and an in-house team of engineers who regularly undergo training to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and skills. 

If you have purchased your product through us, you will receive a preferential rate for on-going servicing and repairs after your initial warranty period has lapsed. We also offer extended warranty and servicing packages for added peace of mind.

If you arranged your Motability scheme contract through us, we will also be carrying out your servicing and repairs through the scheme.

NOTICE: Unfortunately we are unable to carry out servicing and repairs on the following brands: CareCo, Quingo, Live Well, VeloBike, ScooterPac or Green Power. This is due to us not supplying these products and therefore not being able to purchase parts.
